Quick overnight stay, but clean and very close to food and entertainment

Room was close to airport and train. Staff was nice. No communication issues. Food and entertainment ver close

Tv was difficult to operate; One had no control of HVAC cooling option; only heat. To be fair, it was cold out, but I prefer to have control of my room’s temperature.

Not happy. This used to be a great hotel. It has not been maintained properly and service is bad.

Your website said Shuttle Service was suspended, so we opted for a Taxi. However, when I checked in, we say shuttle bus! However, we did no check for the service, as we had to leave hotel by 7:10 AM, and did not want to take any chances.

The attached wash room was not cleaned in one of our rooms. When we contacted front desk, after entering room, we were told, they housekeeping staff has signed off for the day! This was atrocious service. Later, I insisted on sending someone, and finally someone came in and cleaned the wash room.

Comfortable and excellent value in good location to restaurants.

Very close to the Unseo station and room was fantastically clean, comfortable, shower was excellent and bed was great. Super close to many great places to eat. Once we worked out the railway it was easy to use the rail line to get back to the airport.

Was a little confusing to find the entrance then up to level 3 for reception. Once found all went well.

The location is just perfect when you need to go to the airport early. Excellent room, modern, clean. Only minus the check at 3 pm is too later, and the staff just when we arrived was not very polite

The staff at the reception not even a "hello", but check in at 3! but maybe was too busy with all the people around...

Firstly, met with friendly staff upon check-in. The room is clean with bright lighting. The surroundings have many eateries.

Close to airport train station.

Staff were quite rude. Or their command of English is not good, which made them sound rude. Laundry was expensive, nearly double of what you would pay for a 5 star hotel laundry service.

Great airport hotel for overnight stay

The staff and location were excellent. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. The train across the street was perfect.

The air conditioner didn't work, we lowered it to 18c and it never cooled the room and stayed at 26.5c, and there was a huge wet spot on the carpet that I found when I took my shoes off, very unpleasant.

Price was worth the location and cleanliness. Nearby restaurants, stores, train station, taxi queue.

many other hotels in the same area for better service

central location, modern building.

Website mentioned shuttle bus to airport but when I arrived they told me service was suspended due to Covid. Unnecessary because restrictions are lifted. I specifically booked this hotel because of the shuttle bus service. Website was not updated. All other hotel facilities also still closed but government restrictions were already eased, no need to keep everything closed and still charge full package. No amenities in bathroom, only at extra purchase available from front desk. this is not normal in Korea.
